Impala Crescent Primary School Pop-Up Stall - Terms of Service

1. Introduction: Welcome to Impala Crescent Primary School’s Pop-Up Stall! We’re excited to have you participate. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before proceeding with your registration. By registering and participating in the pop-up stall, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Registration and Stall Fee: 

2.1 To secure your spot, a non-refundable stall fee of R500 is required. Payment details will be provided upon registration. 

2.2. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting your registration form does not guarantee a spot until payment is confirmed.

3. Stall Operation: 

3.1. The stall should be set up and ready for operation by the start time indicated in your confirmation email. 

3.2. You are responsible for providing your own display equipment, such as tables, chairs, and signage. 

3.3. Your stall should be kept clean, organized, and safe throughout the event. 

3.4. Any materials, displays, or products brought to the stall must be appropriate for a school environment and suitable for all ages.

4. Product and Service Guidelines: 

4.1. Only food services approved are allowed to be offered at your stall. 

4.2. Products should be accurately represented, and any pricing information should be clearly displayed. 

4.3. The sale of illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items is strictly prohibited. 

4.4. Any food or beverage items sold should adhere to local health and safety regulations.

5. Conduct: 

5.1. All participants must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards event attendees, school staff, and other stall operators. 

5.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 

5.3. Music, announcements, or any form of public address should not interfere with the event’s atmosphere.

6. Liability and Insurance: 

6.1. Participants are responsible for the security and safety of their own belongings and products. 

6.2. Impala Crescent Primary School is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during the event. 

6.3. It is recommended that participants have their own liability insurance to cover any potential incidents related to their stall.

7. Cancellations and Refunds: 

7.1. Cancellations made by the participant after payment will not be eligible for a refund. 

7.2. Impala Crescent Primary School reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full or partial refund of stall fees may be offered at the discretion of the school.

8. Photography and Promotion: 

8.1. Impala Crescent Primary School may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your stall and products to be featured in such materials.

9. Compliance with Laws: 

9.1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local bylaws during the event.

10. Changes to Terms: 

10.1. Impala Crescent Primary School reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
